Corrections
A clear conclusion can still change.
Evidence, formulas, availability, and editorial judgment evolve. TIER records dates and versions so changes can be explained.
What triggers a correction
A material factual error, formula change, wrong regional version, unsupported claim, ranking logic bug, or safety-context issue.
How it is recorded
Update the source record, editorial status, reviewed date, validation fixture, and method version when the scoring behavior changes.
Contact route
A monitored corrections contact will be published when available. Until then, TIER does not display an unmonitored or invented address.
